Order Processing

Processing Time: Once you place your order, we’ll process it within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email when we start processing your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days, though often sooner.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders with over 100 vials qualify for overnight shipping after a short processing period.
  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues :

  • Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
