Return/Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your product arrives damaged due to our fault or has a manufacturer defect, we’re here to help. Given the delicate nature of our chemicals and peptides, which can degrade if mishandled, we cannot resell them once they leave our warehouse. However, in some special cases, we do accept returns of unopened research chemicals within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact us for more information.

Return/Reship Policy

We will gladly reship a returned package once. However, if any issues occur during the reshipment, we won’t be able to attempt a third reshipment. In such cases, customers will need to cover the full shipping costs and 50% of the item costs. Please note that returned items cannot be reshipped. All reshipped products are new because we cannot guarantee the condition of previously shipped items due to various factors during transit.

Important Considerations

We kindly ask that you do not contact us after using the entire product to report issues. Peptides are particularly fragile, and since we can’t monitor their handling once they leave our care, they might degrade. This is why we can’t accept returns for these items. However, we’re always willing to discuss individual cases, so please contact us if you have concerns. If a refund is necessary, we’ll manually process it for the appropriate amount once we receive the returned items.

Chargebacks are serious and may result in being added to a no-sell list. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned items. Please always reach out to us first, as most issues can be resolved quickly and easily.
