Si su producto llega da\u00f1ado por nuestra culpa o tiene un defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n, estamos aqu\u00ed para ayudarle. Dada la naturaleza delicada de nuestros qu\u00edmicos y p\u00e9ptidos, que pueden degradarse si se manipulan incorrectamente, no podemos revenderlos una vez que salen de nuestro almac\u00e9n. Sin embargo, en algunos casos especiales, aceptamos devoluciones de qu\u00edmicos de investigaci\u00f3n sin abrir dentro de los 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores a la entrega.
